Here's the "Herb Stuffing" recipe
12 cups slightly dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed (what i buy in the spice section is already crused)
1/3 cup chopped onion
celery (I just look at it and decide if I have enough-guess)
Can mix this up the night before then the next day add an egg (it may take two eggs - just have to judge if one will get all the ingredients to to stick together) This is how my mom and i do it.
