I dont think it's fashion, I think she has fun style, she would brighten my day if i were an employee at Tj's. She expresses herself, an extension of her presonality, which I think is positive and generous, but it's a bit bordeline.....a bit to french for Toluca Lake, but I can at the same time see five other people in that video in need of serious fashion advice.
